Shipping Times
We offer fast shipping times across India. Here’s what you can expect:
Prepaid Orders
Delivered within 4 to 5 days.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Delivered within 5 to 6 days. Note that an additional day is kept for order verification over call or message before dispatch.

COD Orders

Delivery Issues
Address Accuracy
Ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. MaroonSilk is not responsible for delays or misdelivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Delivery Attempts
Our logistics partners will make multiple attempts to deliver your order. If you are not available to receive your order, please contact the carrier directly to arrange a convenient delivery time.
Order Verification for COD Orders
Mandatory Verification
For all Cash on Delivery orders, we require verification via call or message before dispatching the order. This step is crucial to ensure the authenticity of the order and to avoid any fraudulent activities.
Contacting You
Our team will contact you within 24 hours of placing a COD order. If we are unable to reach you within 48 hours, the order may be canceled.
International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within India.
Delays and Exceptions
Unforeseen Circumstances
In rare cases, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or logistical challenges. We will do our best to notify you of any delays.
Pincode Restrictions
Some areas may have restricted delivery services. If we are unable to deliver to your pincode, we will inform you and work to find an alternative solution.
